Payment policy
The complete cost and available payment methods should be visible before you commit.
Checkout
Orders use Shopify-hosted checkout when enabled. Payment methods actually available to you appear there. We do not ask for card details by email or through the contact form.
Prices and charges
Product prices are shown in the listing currency. Available shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Discounts apply only where displayed as active in the cart or checkout.
Payment questions
If a payment appears incorrect, contact support@davidandluna.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card information.
